Management of network availability, performance, and security Job Description: Job Objective Ensure operational continuity of the company's technological infrastructure by providing advanced user support, administering systems, networks, and perimeter security, as well as implementing cybersecurity best practices. Main Responsibilities: Provide second- and third-level technical support to users and for critical incidents. Administer, configure, and maintain user and server operating systems, ensuring access rights, permissions, and security policies. Implement, administer, and monitor security solutions: firewalls, antivirus, and VPNs. Configure and administer site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, firewall rules, NAT, security policies, and network segmentation. Administer and support network infrastructure: switches, routers, and connectivity devices. Manage network availability, performance, and security using monitoring tools and best practices (logs, alerts, hardening). Support and administer enterprise collaboration services: email, file servers, web servers, and intranet. Provide support for enterprise applications (Office 365, ERP, CRM, Core, or other internal systems). Interact with servers and database management systems for support and incident resolution. Document procedures, network diagrams, configurations, and contingency plans. Support implementation of infrastructure and security improvements, updates, and projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (completed). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support, networking, and security. Proven experience in firewall configuration and administration. Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT). Experience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of structured cabling and network topologies. Proficiency with backup, monitoring, and security tools. Desirable experience in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
