At Vileda Mexico, we are seeking an HR Generalist for the Consumer area, passionate about communication, talent development, and innovative benefits. FHCS HR JR. GENERALIST Responsibilities * Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of administrative and promotional staff in the Consumer division—including foreign personnel and headquarters staff—covering recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring all employees participate in the orientation program and required trainings. Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance evaluations. Also manage talent development and offboarding processes upon employee departures. * Training and Development – Design, execute, administer, monitor, and evaluate the internal training plan for administrative and promotional staff in accordance with applicable legal and safety requirements for the site, adhering to the available budget. Manage the talent process and performance evaluations with a focus on retention and career development plans. * Ensure employee information is up-to-date and properly maintained in HR and benefits administration platforms; respond to internal and external audits related to HR administration and data privacy. * Manage internal communications (newsletters, birthdays, events). Implement wellness, culture, and organizational climate programs. * Provide direct support to administrative staff and on-site promoters regarding labor relations and HR administration (document management, conflict resolution, organizational climate, attendance controls, and regulatory compliance). * Additional Responsibilities * Monitor turnover and performance indicators. * Support disciplinary processes. Qualifications * Professional Experience * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree focused on administrative or human resources topics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources as a generalist. * Experience with platforms such as WORKDAY and experience in training and payroll. * Fluent conversational English.
