We are currently seeking a **Credit Advisor**. **Responsibilities:** * Field promotion of loans (90% fieldwork and 10% office work) * Loan placements via payroll deduction and direct debit for various state agreements such as: COBACAM, SNTE 4, SEPOMEX, and IMSS. * Personalized advisory services on credit products. * Direct client guidance and credit analysis. * File preparation and follow-up. * Achievement of sales targets. * Maintenance and growth of the customer portfolio. **Requirements:** * **Experience in placing personal loans via payroll deduction.** * Basic proficiency with digital tools. * Results- and commission-oriented mindset. * Age: 22 years or older. * Completed high school education. **We offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions **WITH NO CAP** (approximately $20,000 monthly) * Commissions paid **within 24 hours** after loan placement. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, official holidays off, year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium. * Major medical expense life insurance. * Ongoing training. * Physical and digital advertising. * Commercial mentoring.
