Risk analysis and client negotiation OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR OBJECTIVE Coordinate security personnel activities to ensure protection of client and company assets. Develop and implement security standards, policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with instructions, client satisfaction, and collaboration with staff. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role KNOWLEDGE: * Technological tools, * Personnel management, * Incident reporting, * Risk analysis, * Client negotiation.
