**Job Objectives** Ensure proper washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of hotel linens (general linens and guest clothing), complying with quality, hygiene, presentation, and confidentiality standards. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hotel, hospital, or similar industrial laundry. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Sort clothing by fabric type, color, and degree of soiling. * Operate washing machines, dryers, industrial and domestic mangles, and irons correctly. * Apply appropriate chemical products following safety regulations. * Monitor washing and ironing quality to prevent damage or loss. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the laundry area. * Meet established delivery deadlines for linens and guest clothing. * Report damaged, missing, or irregular items in clothing. * Handle guest clothing with complete discretion and confidentiality. * Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. **Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of fabric types and textile treatments. * Operation of industrial laundry machinery. * Proper use of detergents and chemicals. * Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards. * Ability to handle high volumes of clothing. * Responsibility and punctuality * Attention to detail * Orderliness and cleanliness * Teamwork * Discretion and honesty * Physical stamina and tolerance for working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to quality **Job Conditions** * Rotating shifts. * Prolonged standing and handling of moderate loads. * Indoor work environment with controlled heat and humidity.
