Maintain updated information; clarify potential doubts; or conduct market evaluations to identify new prospects. Record necessary entries for daily operations into Grupo Posadas corporate systems. Register in corporate computing systems the results of sales activities carried out on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis according to sales budgets; take preventive actions that allow control of variations affecting demand behavior in the market. Meet sales quotas and achieve set goals. Monitor sales actions and the sales team's efforts to support portfolio exploitation and optimal achievement of objectives, as well as address variations or issues with customers. Provide attention to local market customers who are not fully satisfied with the service received during their stay. Guarantee guest satisfaction for prompt repeat stays at the hotel. Measure achievement level compared to established targets. Present visit and achievement reports, performing a comparative analysis with historical results of both the hotel and competing hotels. Actively and timely participate in proposals to increase the number of potential groups for the hotel. Promote and publicize hotel services with local companies to secure agreements, sell group bookings, conduct prospecting, and/or market research.
