




**About the Role** We are looking for a **Customer Support Coordinator** to become the main point of contact for our clients after they sign their contract. This role ensures customers feel supported, informed, and guided throughout their renovation process. You will manage communication, follow up with workers, and keep our project\-tracking apps organized and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both customer service and light project coordination. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the **primary customer contact** after onboarding. * Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and app messages. * Monitor our project management app and ensure project statuses are always updated. * Follow up with installers, fabricators, and subcontractors for progress updates. * Notify clients of timelines, delays, and next steps. * Track issues and ensure they are handled quickly and professionally. * Maintain excellent communication between clients and the Mr. Kitchen team. * Understand basics of countertops, slabs, cabinets, measurements, and installation steps (training provided). * Ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. **Requirements** * Strong customer service or client support background. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once. * Comfortable using mobile apps, project trackers, and communication tools. * Ability to follow up consistently and keep teams accountable. * Problem\-solving mindset and calm, professional attitude. * Experience in construction, renovations, or interior materials is a plus (not required — training provided). **Preferred Skills** * Experience in customer support, project coordination, or administrative support. * Familiarity with countertop materials (quartz, granite, marble) is helpful. * Ability to identify and communicate issues before they become problems. **Schedule \& Compensation** * Full\-time, remote * Salary based on experience and location **Why Join Us?** Mr. Kitchen is a growing renovation company focused on quality, communication, and customer experience.
