




**Job Objective** Support the executive chef during food preparation to deliver meals according to the restaurant’s requirements. **Requirements** * Education level: Basic Education * Certificate of studies. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. * Experience in hotels, bars, or restaurants is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Assist the sous-chef in preparing cold and hot kitchen dishes in accordance with established quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Support cooks in all tasks necessary to ensure smooth operations. * Keep work tools organized, adhering to established hygiene, quality, and safety standards for food handling and preparation. * Assist in inventory preparation as well as order management. * Carry out tasks assigned by immediate supervisors or derived from applicable regulatory provisions. **Specific Knowledge** * Food preparation, use and identification of utensils.
