




* Carry out field personnel-related activities and provide support to the operations department, in accordance with Nabors’ internal guidelines, to collect the necessary information to meet contractual requirements of the client. Engineer and/or Technician—2 years of verifiable offshore platform experience, supported by employment reference letters from HR. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records for received materials; verify that cargo manifests match received items; track daily material withdrawals by personnel; and report to the Rig Manager to comply with established inventory management policies and procedures. * Enter material information into the My Warehouse system to ensure that material and equipment inventory records remain current. * Receive and schedule material shipments to drilling rigs, ensuring delivery complies with safety and quality standards so that end users receive undamaged, fully functional materials. * Receive materials shipped from Houston using Packing Lists (PLs); inspect and reconcile received materials against purchase orders, together with an import permit for materials provided by the Import Department. * Inspect and verify materials against purchase orders, including verification of part numbers, model numbers, and ordered quantities. * Categorize materials for shipment to individual rigs or yards, and relocate materials to the “Stage Point” area for final loading. * Prepare non-conformance reports upon receipt of defective or unsuitable materials and forward them to the relevant department for claims processing. * Reconcile materials entered into the system prior to final shipment to ensure completeness of deliveries to various rigs, and affix security seals to shipping boxes. * Generate the final Shipment Report for materials dispatched. * Review and track materials sent to the rig, and obtain signed confirmation of receipt. * Identify, organize, and rearrange materials for stock storage at various locations and shelves within central warehouses. * Control and receive materials returned from platforms for repair or scrap, in coordination with the Operations and Asset Control departments; for hazardous waste, this activity must be conducted jointly with the Environmental department. * Conduct periodic, random internal inventories across various locations as stipulated by the management system. * Coordinate with relevant departments to store chemical products in compliance with legal requirements. * Verify that classified storage areas maintain appropriate temperature and ventilation levels per manufacturers’ manuals. * Keep chemical safety data sheets (SDS) up to date. * Actively participate in implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS). * Provide field support to the rig’s operations and maintenance departments. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the primary responsibilities. * Receive and dispatch diesel fuel for the rig.
