Join our team as: **FIELD TECHNICAL SUPPORT!** **What Are We Looking For?** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, printers, servers, and network devices. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in **on-site technical support** and end-user assistance. * Knowledge of **troubleshooting computer and printer issues**. * Proven experience with **HP and Kyocera printers**. * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems. * Strong service attitude and effective communication skills with users. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Provide **on-site technical support to end users**, addressing Level 1 and Level 2 incidents. * Diagnose and resolve **computer equipment failures** (hardware and software). * Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of **printing equipment**, primarily **HP and Kyocera**. * Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and peripherals. * Manage and follow up on **support tickets**, ensuring timely response and resolution. * Perform basic network configuration (connectivity, network printers, IP addresses, drivers). * Conduct preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Deliver basic user training for proper use of equipment and applications. * Document incidents, applied solutions, and service reports. * Escalate technical issues when necessary and follow up until resolution. * Comply with IT policies and information security procedures. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity for growth in the technology field. * Positive work environment and proper tools.
