These operations are conducted using specialized cable to deploy tools into the wellbore to acquire data, perform maintenance, or enable production. Wireline Operators with 4 to 8 years of proven field experience. This position is exclusively for personnel with verifiable on-location experience, accustomed to operational pace, procedural compliance, and disciplined, safe, and time-sensitive service execution. **Profile Requirements** * 4 to 8 years of verifiable wireline operations experience * Direct on-location experience supporting service execution * Hands-on participation in rig up, rig down, tool assembly, mobilization, equipment preparation, and operational support * Exposure to cased hole, open hole, logging, and perforating services * Knowledge of and adherence to HSE, quality, and operational discipline standards * Ability to work under pressure, on operational shifts, and in demanding environments * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, operational orderliness, and sense of responsibility **Target Profile** * Mid-level Wireline Operator with solid field experience, operationally minded, safety-focused, and execution-capable. **Working With Us** Our people are at the heart of everything we do at Baker Hughes.
