Requirements: Technical degree or verifiable experience in air conditioning Minimum 2 years of experience Knowledge of HVAC equipment repair Solid knowledge of applied electricity Valid driver's license Flexible availability for work hours Main Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance Fault diagnosis and repair Installation of air conditioning equipment Refrigerant gas charging Deep cleaning of equipment Electrical system inspection Preparation of service reports Skills: Technical analysis Attention to detail Fieldwork Responsibility Results-oriented Experience with mini-split, packaged, or chiller systems Refrigeration certification (preferred) Customer service experience Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
