Their primary focus will be building robust products, ensuring quality from initial design conception through deployment in Linux environments—under a Clean Code and continuous testing culture. **General Requirements** * Minimum 4\-5 years of demonstrable professional software development experience. * Experience working with distributed systems and applications designed for scalability. * Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and implementation of user stories. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, collaborate with design teams, and focus on solving complex problems. * English proficiency at least C1 level. **Specific Requirements** **Frontend \& Design System** * Advanced proficiency in \* (Hooks, Context API, or state management). * Experience with modern UI layout using Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar utility-first frameworks. * Ability to interpret and collaborate on prototypes in Figma or Sketch, ensuring visual fidelity and optimal user experience (UX). **Backend \& Infrastructure** * Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Security, Spring Data). * Design and optimization of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL. * Familiarity with Linux environments for deployment and basic server configuration. **Testing \& Quality Assurance (Core Skills)** * Rigorous adoption of TDD (Test Driven Development). * Robust unit testing with JUnit. * **Contract Testing:** Implementation of contract tests using Pact to ensure integrity between microservices. * **BDD (Behavior Driven Development):** Writing acceptance and end\-to\-end tests with Cucumber. **Bonus Points (Desirable):** Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
