Ensure orderly, safe, and courteous access to the facilities, delivering a positive experience from the first point of contact. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in access control, visitor services, or light security **Age:** 25 to 45 years old **Gender:** Unrestricted **Language:** Basic English ### **Main Responsibilities:** Welcome visitors upon their arrival at the facility. * Assist and guide visitors in the parking area, indicating correct entrances and routes. * Clearly explain the entry process. * Verify orderly access for visitors, suppliers, and internal staff. * Maintain a friendly and professional presence at access points. * Record entries and exits according to established protocols. * Report anomalies or unusual situations to the supervisor. * * Assist in coordinating vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow when necessary. ### **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:** Access control. * Visitor services or customer service. * * Light security or similar roles focused on support and orientation. ### **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** Basic logbook management. * Access control and basic security protocols. * * Effective communication with visitors. ### **Skills and Aptitudes:** Friendly, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive and responsible attitude. * Punctuality and professional appearance. * * Ability to maintain order and supervise access without confrontation. ### **Work Schedule:** * 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. **6 WORKDAYS PER WEEK AND 1 DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK** ### **Salary:** $12,000 monthly. ### **Notes:** This position requires excellent personal presentation, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to respectfully guide visitors.
