





**OPERATIONAL MANAGER** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Supervisor or Coordinator in the field of internal security. * Experience coordinating work teams. * Experience in client relations. **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership, * Teamwork. * Resilience during emergencies. * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Verbal and written communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure an ethical environment for a positive workplace climate. * Report relevant events to Management and DGPO. * Verify that guards comply with daily work instructions. * Conduct periodic audits of existing security controls and the appearance of personnel under supervision. * Train security staff to qualify them for their duties. * Attend client meetings for operational follow-up and correct reported incidents through action plans. * Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. * Coordinate personnel response during emergencies and alarms. * Review incident and violation reports. * Investigate and resolve issues. * Create management reports on the security status. * Analyze data representing security risks and propose improvements. * Maintain an attendance record including daily entries for all personnel under supervision, reporting any unusual events, absences, and medical certificates. * Report security-related incidents to the Regional Area Manager and Director of Operations, and cooperate with law enforcement as appropriate. * Maintain a physical inventory of company goods and assets assigned by services.
