




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Coordinator to lead security teams, manage clients, and ensure an ethical environment, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with daily instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and coordinates in-house security teams with an ethical focus. 2. Manages client relationships and resolves operational incidents. 3. Develops security strategies and trains personnel. **OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Supervisor or Coordinator in the field of in-house security. * Experience coordinating work teams. * Experience interacting with clients. **Competencies/Skills:** * Leadership, * Teamwork. * Resilience in emergency situations. * Strategic thinking. * Decision-making ability. * Verbal and written communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure an ethical environment to foster a positive workplace climate. * Report relevant events to Management and DGPO. * Verify that guards comply with daily work instructions. * Conduct periodic audits of existing security controls and the professional appearance of assigned personnel. * Train security personnel to ensure qualification for performing their duties. * Attend client meetings for operational follow-up and correct reported incidents via action plans. * Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events. * Coordinate personnel response to emergencies and alarms. * Review incident and violation reports. * Investigate and resolve issues. * Prepare management reports on the status of security. * Analyze data indicating security risks and propose improvements. * Maintain an attendance record including daily entries for all assigned personnel, and report any unusual occurrences, absences, and medical certificates. * Report security-related incidents to the Regional Zone Manager and Director of Operations, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as appropriate. * Maintain a physical inventory of company assets and property assigned to services.
