Ready to be part of the change? ***Compression Supervisor*** **Job Mission:** Maintain the reliability and operational availability of the assigned compression station, safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current regulations (CNE, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, STPS, DACG), managing the Annual Maintenance Program. Propose technical improvements to increase reliability and availability based on monitoring services and activities carried out at compression stations. * Managing the activities of the assigned work team, ensuring timely supply and optimization of tools, equipment, and spare parts related to corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities at compression stations. * Participating in the planning, execution, and control of OPEX and CAPEX budgets for compression stations to meet financial and operational objectives. * Participating in internal and external audits in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring proper execution, delivery of evidence, document management, and timely follow-up on findings. Supervise action plans until formal closure of observations and non-conformities. * Leading failure analysis in compression systems, participating in defining technical solutions and making critical decisions together with your immediate supervisor to restore operations safely and efficiently. **COMPETENCIES:** Industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronic engineering or related fields, and/or postgraduate studies.
