




Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for maintaining control and reconciliation of accounts, as well as following up on management requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain control and reconciliation of assigned accounts. 2. Collaborate with other Hilton Team Members. 3. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers. The Accounts Payable Supervisor maintains control and reconciliation of assigned accounts, and follows up on any requirements from the Finance Director and General Manager. What will I be doing? As a Hilton Team Member, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to an excellent standard in accordance with the department’s Operations Manual, including but not limited to: · Process general cash and purchasing cash reimbursements. · Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders required by the department. · Process transfer requests and checks requested by DOF or ADOF. · Safeguard and hand over house funds along with the safe key. · Review, calculate, and reconcile tips generated by operations. · Control and disburse tips to TM (Team Members). · Prepare remittances and deliver them to the bank. · Submit current month’s provisions to the Accounting Department. · Request monthly stationery supplies. · Confirm deposits and transfers for posting in PEP (reservations, groups, or banquets). · Revalue dollar-denominated accounts at month-end. · Place standing purchase orders.
