




Job Summary: Ensure accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll, verify payroll incidents, and guarantee compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of payroll calculation and processing. 2. Administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. 3. Coordination of payments and resolution of employee payroll-related inquiries. Ensure accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll. * Verify payroll incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, bonuses, and commissions. * Perform calculations of earnings, deductions, taxes, and social security contributions. * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Prepare and stamp payroll receipts. * Guarantee compliance with tax and labor obligations. * Coordinate payments (bank transfers, payroll disbursements). * Address employee clarifications and inquiries regarding payments. * Prepare payroll reports for accounting and management. * Maintain up-to-date information in the payroll system. * Support internal or external audits related to payroll. * Manage severance settlements and liquidations.
