




**Position Objective** Ensure the operational continuity of the transportation company’s technological systems, guaranteeing the proper functioning of equipment, software, telecommunications, and critical platforms (GPS, telemetry, ERP, dispatch platforms), providing timely support to administrative and operational users. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in technical support or IT coordination. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management companies is desirable. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate first- and second-level technical support (hardware, software, and networks). * Supervise incident resolution for administrative and operational users. * Ensure the proper functioning of critical systems: GPS, satellite tracking, telemetry, fuel control, and dispatch platforms. * Manage users, access, and permissions to internal systems. * Coordinate maintenance, software updates, and license renewals. * Manage IT, telecommunications, and GPS vendors. * Prepare incident reports, response time metrics, and system availability reports. * Propose technological improvements to optimize operations.
