Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with suppliers and developing field projects. Software proficiency: Inventor / SolidWorks (decisive). Minimum 3 years of experience using such software. Interpretation and generation of mechanical drawings. Fieldwork. Supplier interaction and timeline management. **Growth based on soft skills: - Project handling and tracking. - Supplier development. - Direct client interaction. - Plant operations.
