




**1\. Description of the service** The service provider **“Support in maintenance and computer technical support”**, hereinafter referred to as **“The Provider”**, will carry out the activities listed below, which are illustrative but not exhaustive. Likewise, the provider must comply with the assigned activities according to the guidelines and directives provided by the F. Universidad Marítima y Portuaria de México, hereinafter referred to as **“The Trust”:** · Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of the corresponding documentation for the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Projects Portfolio (POTIC). · Support in attending suppliers for monitoring information technology area contracts. · Support in tracking technical support requests, incidents, and service orders. · Support technical assistance for CENC staff regarding computer equipment, software installation, printer and projector configuration. · Support first-level and second-level technical support for incidents on all simulators, whether owned or provided by external vendors—i.e., all simulators available at the center—always coordinated with the respective vendors. · Assist in fulfilling preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electronic equipment owned by the cost center, to prevent potential failures affecting service quality. · Support in controlling and inventorying computer department equipment, as well as safeguarding such equipment. · Assist in preparing and updating custody records for software programs and electronic equipment. · Support in managing and configuring switches, routers, wireless access points, and other network devices. · Provide on-site or remote technical support for application software and hardware according to user requirements. · Support in verifying proper Internet connectivity during virtual training and certification assessments. · Support in cleaning telephone equipment, preventive maintenance, and reporting faults in telephone lines. · Support in assembling and disassembling computer equipment, and in configuring and maintaining physical and logical components of computing systems. · Support in designing, implementing, supervising, and maintaining the local network. · Support technical operations for administering DP exams online in coordination with the Nautical Institute. Other activities inherent to the services explicitly assigned through the direction of the Centro de Educación Náutica de Campeche. **Documents required with the quotation** a) Submission of the Economic Proposal (signed, valid for 20 business days from issuance), in accordance with Article 57, Section II of the Procurement Law. b) Curriculum vitae in free format, duly signed. c) Educational Level: Bachelor's degree or professional title and license; optionally attach Professional Status Certificate https://cedulaprofesional.sep.gob.mx/ d) Documentation proving at least 2 years of experience in the required service. For example: Contracts, unique service forms, certificates of courses related to the service. e) Current official identification. f) Updated CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) g) Tax status certificate registered under the Individual Entrepreneurs and Professionals Tax Regime. (NOT SIMPLIFIED TRUST REGIME, NOT RESICO) h) Possession of a valid Electronic Signature (FIEL). i) Positive Tax Compliance Certificate issued by the Tax Administration Service, valid for no more than 30 natural days from its issuance, in accordance with rule 2\.1\.36 of the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution for 2025\. j) Registration in the COMPRASMX platform Link: https://comprasmx.buengobierno.gob.mx/registro\-empresas. k) Hand-signed statements declaring under oath the following**:** · That the undersigned is not subject to any of the circumstances established in Articles 71 and 90 of the Public Sector Procurement, Leasing, and Services Law. · That they do not hold a public office, position, or commission, or if they do, that entering into the corresponding contract will not result in a Conflict of Interest, as per Article 49, Section IX of the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities. · That they have the legal, technical, and financial capacity to provide the service that is the subject of this award. · Integrity Declaration Statement based on Article 40, Section X of the LAASSP. · Confidentiality Statement · Statement of non-subcontracting and non-assignment, either partially or entirely, to any other individual or legal entity, of rights and obligations upon signing the Contract. **It should be clarified that the hiring of this service is governed by the Public Sector Procurement, Leasing, and Services Law, and therefore it is not a job vacancy announcement within the Trust.** **Reference Price $25,500\.00 before VAT** Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $25,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
