May work as a single-person service crew and/or supervise other employees at customer locations. Typically works on more than one type of well, as assigned by the service coordinator. Coordinates and supervises product service line (PSL) functions at the wellsite. Must be evaluated as competent at the Service Supervisor/ Specialist II level in two strategic sub-PSLs and at the Service Supervisor III level in a third strategic sub-PSL. Must have the ability to review job plans to confirm adherence to best practices and ensure the proposed job plan meets customer expectations. Ability to safely perform equipment pressure testing and interpret engineering tool drawings is required. Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Word. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Technical degree or Technological University studies in fields related to the oil industry. * Proficiency in techniques and systems designed to mitigate sand production in oil wells, ensuring integrity of surface and subsurface equipment (Sand Control). * Experience in selection, installation, and maintenance of downhole safety valves and packers, essential components for isolation and control within the wellbore. * Ability to coordinate and carry out hanger installations, ensuring secure suspension of tubing and accessories within the wellbore. * Mastery of procedures for proper installation, testing, and commissioning of these devices, critical for operational safety and functionality (Installation of downhole safety valves and packers). * Experience in operations involving cleaning strings and retainers: Knowledge of running, circulating, and pulling cleaning strings, as well as installing retainers, ensuring optimal wellbore cleanliness and preparation prior to production. **Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
