**Job Description** ------------------------- Support the proper execution of field activities by personnel at Aggregates Quarries. Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance tasks, improve processes, and consistently foster a safe working environment. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Field Activity Supervision * Equipment Monitoring * Material Monitoring * Raw Material Inspection * Tracking of Maintenance Routines * Execution of A3 and 5S * Completion and inspection of Permit-to-Work forms (including Take-5) * Jointly plan and schedule maintenance for production equipment with the Maintenance Department. * Develop facility improvement plans. * Control stages of cement production process. * Organize and supervise personnel activities, establishing priorities in addressing dysfunctions or failures. * Monitor and ensure operational continuity. * Verify and implement quality systems. * Analyze and resolve actual and potential equipment issues. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Reduce negative impact of maintenance failures on operations. * Promote adherence to maintenance activities. * Create/modify required maintenance routines to ensure equipment remains in good condition. * Increase plant equipment reliability. * Optimal backlog management. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: Engineering degree Required Experience: * Personnel Management * Maintenance and Production Processes Required Knowledge: * Office 365 * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance * Failure Analysis, Cost and Budget Management * Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Critical Competencies: 1.
