A leading company in its field is seeking a **PROJECT ENGINEER** **Purpose of the position:** Coordinate and supervise production planning, storage, and dispatch of finished goods, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries according to the customer’s plan. Maintain optimal inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials, guaranteeing 100% compliance with the delivery plan and efficient service for both the company and the customer. **Work experience:** * Develop, disseminate, and monitor the production plan and its execution. * Analyze installed machinery capacity and optimize its utilization. * Supervise and coordinate personnel under supervision. * Control inflows and outflows of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods inventory. * Manage supply requisitions according to delivery scheduling. * Monitor inventory levels and maintain updated records and reports. * Prepare daily operations reports. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and workplace order. * Implement and monitor ISO/TS 16949 standards. * Analyze KPIs, performance indicators, and propose improvement actions. * Develop preventive and corrective actions in response to objective deviations. * Conduct risk analyses and audits of processes and procedures. * Participate in strategic planning and proposals for improvement and investment. * Promote safety, training, and development of supervised personnel. **General knowledge:** * Inventory management and control. * Interpretation of releases. * Development of weekly/monthly production plans. * Office software tools. * ERP. * Web EDI. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Customer orientation. **WE OFFER:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * **Salary:** $25,000.00–$30,000.00 * **Benefits:** Statutory.
