This role will coordinate necessary work activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes performs work in accordance with customer expectations and contractual terms and conditions. **Job Description** Coordinate and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of drilling and completion fluid services—from engineering and planning through execution and operational monitoring—ensuring wellbore stability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ### **Technical and Operational Planning** * Develop drilling, completion, and workover fluid programs aligned with well and customer requirements. * Ensure availability of materials, chemicals, barite, brines, synthetic bases, and associated tools. * Coordinate mixing, conditioning, and laboratory testing (rheology, filtration, stability, density, compatibility). * Validate design integrity in collaboration with engineering and geomechanics teams. ### **Operations Supervision** * Monitor key parameters during drilling and completion: + Rheology + Density / ECD + Solids control + Chemical stability * Ensure strict adherence to BHGE procedures and applicable API/ISO standards. * Provide technical support to onsite personnel and resolve operational deviations in real time. ### **Customer Engagement** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all phases of fluid services. * Present proposals, optimizations, and technical solutions focused on: + Loss prevention + Wellbore stability + Minimization of non-productive time (NPT) + Reduction of fluid costs * Participate in DWOP, HAZOP, pre-job, and post-job meetings. ### **Cost Control, AOR, and KPIs** * Oversee chemical and material consumption, inventory, and costs. * Conduct economic-operational analysis for each project phase. * Prepare final reports with performance metrics, key events, lessons learned, and recommendations. ### **HSE Compliance** * Ensure safe handling of chemicals and waste per HSE standards. * Lead safety initiatives, promote STOP WORK authority, and support incident investigations. * Ensure field personnel maintain required certifications, PPE, and environmental procedures. ### **Quality and Continuous Improvement** * Monitor fluid quality across all stages: laboratory, mixing, pumping, and downhole performance. * Implement best practices based on lessons learned and internal audits. * Track quality incidents and ensure effective corrective actions. **3\.
