At KYRIOS, we are seeking a **Safety Supervisor** to lead the implementation and supervision of safety, occupational health, and environmental policies in a highly significant industrial project. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, health, and the environment (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection). * Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, and training sessions. * Implement prevention programs, risk management, and safety culture initiatives. * Prepare HSE performance reports and indicators. * Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure a safe working environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in industrial projects** (preferably process plants, oil & gas, or cryogenic facilities). * Solid knowledge of applicable Mexican regulations (NOM-STPS). * Certifications desired: **OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, DC-3**. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Project-based contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory and additional benefits.
