




Position Summary: A Human Resources Assistant is required to maintain up-to-date job profiles, recruit personnel, ensure training, organize staff integration events, and manage payroll. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive human resources management 2. Participation in recruitment and training 3. Support in payroll preparation Human Resources Assistant Required Responsibilities: 1. Maintain updated and installed organizational charts, job descriptions, and job profiles. 2. Personnel recruitment and selection. 3. Ensure proper compilation of personnel files for new hires. 4. Ensure personnel are adequately trained to perform their duties. 5. Conduct staff integration events. 6. Prepare preliminary payrolls for company employees on a weekly and biweekly basis. 7. Process employee registrations, terminations, modifications, and disability claims with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). 8. Reconcile monthly and bimonthly information between IDSE and SUA systems. 9. Coordinate and supervise office cleaning staff and activities. 9. Ensure continuous promotion of organizational culture and climate. 10. Ensure ongoing compliance with internal regulations and human resources policies. 11. Maintain vacation records for employees.
