We are looking for a ***Technical Support Analyst*** with experience, proactivity, and the ability to efficiently solve problems, ensuring the proper functioning of our technological operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in technical support** or computer-related areas. * Practical knowledge in: 1\. Support software, databases, and remote control tools. 2\. SQL Server (basic level). 3\. Networks, CCTV, and alarm security systems. * Analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Proficiency with tools and equipment used in the field. * Availability to travel; providing support to foreign branches will be required. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain the technology used within the company. * Provide technical support to different internal departments (pharmacies, administrative area, etc.). * Perform diagnostics, repairs, and updates on equipment and systems (on-site and remotely). * Monitor and verify the proper operation of hardware, software, and networks. * Review and ensure system security (equipment, CCTV, alarms, and networks). * Document incidents and prepare weekly activity reports. * Configure and install internal networks. * Manage and follow up on support tickets, escalating to appropriate resources when necessary.
