**Customs Entry Clerk for Customs Agency** *Profile*. * Minimum bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Administration, or International Business. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Knowledge of the sections of a customs entry form (pedimento). * Ability to identify and understand commercial documents: commercial invoice, bill of lading (BL), and Form 318. *Responsibilities*. * Receive commercial documents via email (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Form 318) from account executives for documentation review and proforma preparation. * Print documents to open reference files (i.e., initiate new shipment files). * Prepare proforma entries in the CASA, CTRA WIN, and CESA WIN systems using client data and invoice information (product, merchandise value, unit of measure, prices). * Generate reports recording completed shipment entries. *We Offer*. * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing). * Uniforms. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
