We seek dynamic, results-oriented professionals to join our operations team and lead growth in the assigned zone. **Job Mission:** We seek an operational leader with "boots on the ground" to coordinate our operations in Cd. del Carmen. Your mission will be to ensure every customer receives high-speed internet with maximum technical quality, leading installation and branch support teams under the highest standards of efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Crew Leadership:** Supervise and coordinate the daily work of fiber-optic installation technicians and assistants. * **Operational Control:** Monitor zone productivity and ensure achievement of installation and technical support targets. * **Branch Supervision:** Ensure cashiers and sales staff deliver agile and professional service, guaranteeing accurate cash reconciliations. * **Safety and Discipline:** Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with Civil Protection protocols in field and office settings. * **Asset Management:** Oversee maintenance and proper use of vehicles and tools assigned to the zone. **Requirements:** * Prior experience leading operational teams (technicians, sales, or service staff). * Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure or fiber optics (preferred). * Ability to set clear boundaries and maintain operational discipline. * Total focus on customer service and problem resolution. * Availability for field supervision. * Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). * Valid driver's license. **We Offer:** * **Statutory benefits and Social Security** from day one. * **Employee discounts** on our internet services. * Job stability at a leading technology and connectivity company. **At Fast\-net, we connect people.
