A leading company dedicated to the sale and distribution of equipment is looking for your talent as: **IT Support Analyst / On-site** Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems, or related field (in process of graduation or currently completing thesis). Experience providing technical support in hardware, software, and networks to users. Must have knowledge in SAP. Availability to travel to various locations within the state of Campeche. Responsibilities: * Implementation and setup of hardware (PCs, monitors, peripherals, servers, UPS, printers, label makers), software (SAP, Office, equipment formatting, Windows operating system configuration, and internal platforms), networks, and servers for new projects in medical units. * Provide technical support in hardware, software, and networks to internal and external users by generating and resolving service requests/tickets. * Follow-up on each generated ticket until resolution and closure. * Train end users.
