In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising operations within your assigned region, ensuring company objectives are met efficiently. Your responsibilities include collaborating with local teams to optimize processes, manage the performance of medical professionals, and improve customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field). * Minimum **2 years** of experience in coordination, supervision, or regional management within the Retail sector or the **Healthcare sector (preferred)**. * Experience managing personnel and multiple units. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Candidate must be able to drive a standard vehicle (driving test required). **Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor the operations of assigned **clinics**. * Resolve and provide support for issues arising in assigned units. * Prepare and submit administrative reports to the direct supervisor. * Measure established KPIs for each unit. * Conduct periodic inventory of supplies across business units, as well as store audits (Check store). * Track KPI indicators and develop monthly work plans with teams from assigned business units. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday: Fixed day off **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Paid training. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for career growth within the organization. * Company vehicle. * Toll and fuel reimbursement. * Computer equipment. * Telephone equipment.
