Pre Lamination 1 **Job Req ID:** 132742 **Location:** San Luis Potosi, MX, 78423 **Job Purpose** Produce vehicle interiors following established processes, meeting customer requirements, production targets, and adhering to quality guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify defects that may arise when functional stitching is placed outside the substrate groove. * Identify defects that may arise when separation fabric is placed over the substrate groove. * Verify that the material is properly bonded and free of lumps or visible adhesive on the surface. * Verify thread color against the release sample prior to laminating the part. * Identify pressure marks / indentations in visible areas. * Correctly scan the Release Label in the pre-lamination code (NA SMA). * Scan the 2D label on the back of the substrate, then scan the cut vinyl/leather code to be laminated.
