Supervises compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations GIGACABLE, a 100% Aguascalientes-based company, invites you to join its team as: Human Resources Manager (with payroll experience) Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate recruitment and personnel selection processes, including job posting, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and personnel file preparation. Manage IMSS-affiliated personnel transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). Prepare and administer weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compliance. Perform calculations and payments due to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and the labor union. Supervise compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations, as well as the preparation and retention of related documentation. Administer control, assignment, and storage of uniforms and personal protective equipment. Verify the proper condition of infrastructure and coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing payroll and fulfilling obligations with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Solid knowledge of labor legislation, including the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law. Proven experience in similar positions. We Offer: Base salary of $15,000 MXN per month.
