Job Summary: We are seeking a Private Security Trainer/Instructor to train and develop personnel, manage work plans and schedules, and possess knowledge of procedures before the Secretariat of Security. We are a company dedicated to the private security sector with nationwide presence. **PRIVATE SECURITY TRAINER / INSTRUCTOR** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree * Experience: Minimum 2 **verifiable years as a TRAINER.** * Willingness to travel. * Certified instructor with **DC5\.** **Responsibilities:** * Training of newly hired personnel. * Training (Training Needs Assessment) * SIRCE system management. * Personnel training and development. * Work plans, manuals, and schedules. * Knowledge of procedures before the Secretariat of Security. **Required courses to be registered:** * Access control * Private security for assets * Basic private security * Custodial services * Fire extinguishers and hydrants * Non-lethal instruments * Civil protection * First aid * Monitoring * Human rights * Rational use of force * NOM 035 * NOM 009 Safety conditions for working at heights. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus).
