Participation in high-impact projects **Construction Superintendent** **On-site \| Residential Projects** Grupo Jazhei is seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience executing residential projects, focused on comprehensive planning, supervision, and control of construction work. **Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities according to the master schedule, ensuring proper execution, efficient team management, and compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** \* Supervise and implement the master construction plan \* Review drawings, technical specifications, and scope prior to initiating activities \* Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors \* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards \* Validate measurements, volumes, and construction estimates \* Apply and supervise quality checklists by specialty and construction phase \* Control inputs, materials, and tools on site \* Timely report progress, incidents, and requirements to management \* Document progress via reports, logs, and photographic evidence \* Resolve technical and operational issues in the field \* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations **Requirements:** \* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field \* 3–5 years of experience in civil construction (residential preferred) \* Experience in construction planning, supervision, and control \* Knowledge of safety, construction, and fire protection regulations \* Ability to interpret drawings \* Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Project, Opus (preferred) \* Knowledge of quality processes (ISO 9001\) \* Willingness to work on-site **Competencies:** \* Leadership and multidisciplinary team management \* Effective communication \* Planning, organization, and control \* Proactivity \* Negotiation **We Offer:** \* Long-term project \* Competitive salary commensurate with experience \* Growth opportunity \* Participation in high-impact projects *We seek candidates with strong accountability, results orientation, and the ability to lead on-site construction execution.* Salary: $23,791\.00 \- $40,129\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
