Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Agent to manage and expand the client portfolio within the hardware industry, visiting clients and promoting our product catalog and brands. Key Highlights: 1. Manages client portfolio and actively prospecting 2. Promotes sales growth across a broad product catalog 3. Visits clients daily in the field **GAFI HARDWARE COMPANY HAS AN OPEN POSITION FOR:** **\- SALES AGENT \-** To manage a hardware-industry client portfolio, prospect new clients, visit clients daily, and promote increased sales of our product catalog and brands. **WORK AREA:** Entire city of Aguascalientes and some adjacent areas in Zacatecas. A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel with clients as well as commuting to and from home. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission **MANDATORY** \- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, mandatory in the **HARDWARE INDUSTRY or related field** \- Excellent persuasion skills and proven experience managing client portfolios in the field **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $2,769 weekly net (includes $250 weekly food card) * Guaranteed bonus and commissions based on portfolio/sales targets * Company-provided automobile and fuel * No payroll lag or delayed payment cycles — paid every Thursday via BANORTE * All statutory benefits (vacation, vacation bonus at 25%, IMSS coverage from day one, profit-sharing) * Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements * FONACOT, savings fund, and more...
