




JOIN THE NISSAN TC PONIENTE FAMILY WE ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICE MANAGER PROFILE: -Age: 30 to 50 -Marital Status: Indifferent -Gender: Indifferent -Education: Automotive Engineering EXPERIENCE: -1 to 2 years as Service Manager or Service Coordinator (verifiable) Responsibilities: - Customer satisfaction indicators. - Analysis and feedback on customer service reports (complaints). - Establish action plans to improve customer satisfaction. - After-sales forecast, after-sales report, and objectives. - KPI management (parts and service) - Analysis of order revenues Design, implement, and supervise the operational processes of the service department (reception, control tower, workshop, quality control, and billing) in order to provide customer service on time, at the right price, and with quality. Execute action plans for vehicle service procedures to meet corporate and brand Customer Satisfaction Index objectives. Prepare monthly service department reports and track customer satisfaction index compliance for submission to management. Authorize incentive and commission payments for staff under supervision to ensure timely payment. Advise customers regarding vehicle service and/or repair needs.
