Job Summary: Comprehensive payroll management, ensuring accurate calculations, payments, and legal compliance, with support in general HR activities. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and confidentiality **Job Objective:** To comprehensively manage and execute payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation, payment, and fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as providing support in general Human Resources activities. **Responsibilities:** \- Management of pre-payroll including commissions, variable pay, overtime, and additional payments. \- Preparation of severance settlements and liquidations. \- Administration of attendance incidents (absences, vacations, medical leaves). \- Processing of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. \- Calculation and payment of taxes (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). \- Addressing and clarifying employee inquiries related to payments. \- Compliance with labor and tax obligations. \- Support in recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration processes. \- Maintenance and control of employee files and documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll. * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, or others). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Attention to detail and confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
