Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive warehouse management, including inbound and outbound operations, pre-picking, and customer service, ensuring parts availability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages warehouse control and pre-picking of spare parts. 2. Ensures customer service and achievement of KPIs. 3. Guarantees parts availability and proposes continuous improvements. Warehouse inbound and outbound control. Ensure pre-picking of spare parts. Ensure responsiveness to customer needs. Ensure achievement of KPIs against targets. Ensure warehouse control. Ensure parts and service availability during ongoing or upcoming technical campaigns.
