




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administration Manager to optimize operational management, lead strategic initiatives, supervise staff, and ensure achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for an Administration Manager responsible for efficiently optimizing operational management. The selected candidate will be required to perform the following duties: Suggest strategic plans based on SWOT analysis. Supervise administrative staff to ensure compliance with plans established by senior management. Report to senior management when investment in assets is required. Report on continuous improvement analyses for the department. Ensure customer specifications are fulfilled on time and as specified. Development of strategies to achieve required collections. Preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll. Payment to suppliers. Plan and control the company's accounts payable. Supervise customers' account statements. Supervise the delivery of documentation for accounting purposes.
