Job Summary: Vianney is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage operational staff, establish production targets, and pursue continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Resource administration and continuous process improvement Vianney requests a Manufacturing Engineer Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: Not required / Recent graduates welcome. Availability to work the afternoon shift. Responsibilities: - Management of operational staff (handling attendance incidents). - Setting and achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets and communicating them to employees. - Organizing workflow through responsibility assignment and schedule preparation. - Managing human and material resources while pursuing continuous process improvement.
