




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and lead social and prevention projects, strengthening institutional articulation and operational management to generate positive impact. Currently, we develop projects focused on violence prevention, aiming to create a positive and sustainable impact on society. In this context, we seek to integrate into our team a person with strong coordination, leadership, and institutional articulation capabilities to support the implementation of strategic social and prevention projects. The position requires a profile with solid operational management and strategic planning skills, as well as experience in institutional monitoring and team coordination. The candidate is expected to build effective working relationships with public actors and provide high-level implementation process support. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate and provide strategic oversight for social and prevention projects. • Manage liaison and follow-up with public institutions and strategic actors. • Coordinate operations between internal teams and institutional clients. • Supervise compliance with agreements, schedules, and deliverables. • Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Prepare executive reports and conduct periodic progress follow-ups. • Support strategic planning and decision-making processes. • Represent the organization institutionally in coordination and monitoring forums. • Mediate and resolve operational or communication issues among involved stakeholders. • Maintain direct communication with the General Director (CEO) for project and institutional priority follow-up. Educational Profile Bachelor’s degree with official title in fields such as: • Public Administration. • Law. • Sociology. • Political Science. • International Relations. • Social Psychology. • Social Work. • Project Management. • Organizational Development. • Economics. • Business Administration. • Public Policy. • Citizen Security or related disciplines. Professional Profile • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience. • Preference will be given to candidates with 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, institutional articulation, team management, or strategic project monitoring. • Desirable experience in projects related to social violence and crime prevention, citizen security, social development, or community work. • Desirable experience working with public institutions and multidisciplinary teams.
