Resolve incidents in financing processes. Handle documentation. Provide direct support to the sales team. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in credit, F&I, or finance-related areas. Basic knowledge of financing and credit bureaus. Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
