Job Summary: We are seeking therapists to provide comprehensive home-based healthcare services, including patient assessments, treatment programs, and ensuring ethical care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive treatments according to medical instructions 2. Ensure ethical and high-quality home-based care 3. Patient assessment and CIF diagnoses We are a company with over 20 years of experience delivering comprehensive healthcare services and are looking for therapists to provide services at our patients' homes. **Requirements:** * Technical professional in therapy with degree and license ***(Mandatory)*** * Availability to travel **Experience:** * 1 year providing care to patients at home * Knowledge of NOM-004 Clinical Records and **MEXICAN OFFICIAL STANDARD NOM-015-SSA3-2012**, for comprehensive care of persons with disabilities * Knowledge of percussion vest use * Knowledge of IPV (Intermittent Positive Pressure Ventilation) * Nebulization for patients * Proficiency in respiratory techniques * Competence in pulmonary therapies **Main Responsibilities:** * Patient assessment * Develop comprehensive treatment programs * Ensure ethical and high-quality home-based care * Submit biweekly reports * Deliver treatments according to medical instructions and patient needs * Perform CIF diagnoses **We Offer:** * Timely payments and 100% formal payroll * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract * Flexible working hours Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Home-based therapy: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Valid driver's license (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
