




**POSITION PURPOSE** Ensure the proper control, storage, recording, and supply of materials, medications, equipment, and other supplies necessary for the operation of the hospital, guaranteeing their correct preservation, availability, and timely delivery to various medical and administrative departments in accordance with established procedures and quality and safety standards. * Receive, verify, and register incoming supplies, medications, and materials into the warehouse, checking quantities, batches, expiration dates, and physical conditions. * Classify, label, and store products according to their nature and preservation requirements (temperature, humidity, sanitary control, etc.). * Maintain updated physical and electronic inventory, ensuring proper rotation based on the FIFO principle. * Prepare and deliver requested materials or medications to different hospital departments. * Assist in receiving supplier orders and coordinate the return of damaged or non-conforming goods. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Organization and attention to detail. * Honesty and responsibility. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude and results-driven. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * **Minimum education:** Completed high school (preferably Technical Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in warehouse control, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions.
