Manage full plant operations: HR, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Production, Mfg. **Industry:** Automotive Manufacturing **Location:** Aguascalientes, Mexico Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations President to lead and oversee the overall plant operation for an automotive manufacturing company in Aguascalientes. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all manufacturing and business functions, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting strategic business growth. Key Requirements * More than 10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. * At least 6 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior plant leadership role. * Strong experience managing full plant operations, including: * Human Resources * Purchasing / Supply Chain * Sales * Quality * Production Control * Manufacturing Operations * Previous experience working in local companies in Aguascalientes. * Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and local regulations. * Government relations and local resource management experience is highly preferred. Technical Expertise * Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including: * Injection molding * Painting * Coating / wrapping * Assembly processes * Experience with automotive interior products such as: * Door panels * Instrument panels * Interior trim parts (non\-seat related) Talent \& Industry Network * Proven experience recruiting and headhunting talent from leading automotive suppliers and OEM\-related companies, including: * Bosch * Continental * Mahle * Cooper * Yanfeng * Forvia / Faurecia * NBHX * Minth * XinPoint * Xinguan * Nissan * COMPAS Preferred Profile * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Strategic and operational mindset. * Excellent stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination abilities. * Ability to build and stabilize high\-perfo Sueldo: $150,000\.00 \- $230,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
