Conflict resolution * Responsibilities \- Creation of job profiles \- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, job boards, social media, and competency-based interviews. \- Technical expertise in managing human talent development. \- Knowledge of identifying training needs. \- Knowledge of Human Resources Planning. \- Knowledge of labor legislation and human resources. \- Ability to resolve conflicts. \- Submission of reports to stakeholders. \- Fostering a work environment that supports effective execution of activities and achievement of objectives.
