Position Summary: Supervises receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials, ensuring timely supply and site safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage construction materials, machinery, and tools efficiently. 2. Conduct inventory control and ensure system consistency. 3. Organize the warehouse to optimize space and maintain cleanliness/safety. Grupo Guerrero Contreras, a leading construction company, is seeking: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** Responsible for supervising receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials and tools, ensuring timely supply to the construction site and site safety. Knowledge of construction materials, inventory management software, organizational skills, leadership ability, and control over incoming/outgoing items required. Efficiently manage the entry, safekeeping, control, and exit of construction materials, machinery, and tools, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Control:** Perform cyclical counts and physical inventories (daily/weekly), ensuring consistency with the system. * **Receipt and Dispatch:** Verify quality and quantity of received materials against purchase orders and invoices; supervise delivery to site personnel. * **Warehouse Management:** Organize the warehouse (storage area) to optimize space and maintain cleanliness and safety. * **Administration:** Record movements in the system (Excel or ERP), manage tool issue slips and requisitions. * **Logistics:** Coordinate loading/unloading of heavy materials and management of waste or surplus materials. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school education * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with construction materials (hardware, plumbing, electrical, steel, etc.) * **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and ERP or SAP software * **Experience:** 2 years in similar positions **Skills and Competencies:** * High attention to detail and strong organizational ability. * Honesty and integrity. * Leadership and supervision of loading personnel. * Strong sense of responsibility * Flexible working hours * Ability to work under pressure Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM Weekly Salary Statutory Benefits Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
